Processing & Production Time
All orders are prepared with care at our studio in Messina, Italy.
Processing and production times may vary depending on stock availability, order volume, level of customisation, and whether customer input or design approval is required.
Production begins only after:
- Payment has been successfully received, and
- Any required design confirmation, approval, or customer feedback has been provided
Estimated production times:
- Standard (non-custom) items: 1–3 business days (subject to stock availability)
- Custom or personalised items: 3–7 business days (may vary based on complexity and approval timelines)
- Special, sourced, or bulk requests: timeframes will be confirmed individually
Delays caused by missing or late customer responses, approval requests, or unavailable stock are outside our control and may extend production time.
Shipping Methods & Third-Party Carriers
Orders are shipped using third-party courier services and logistics providers. Available shipping methods and carriers are displayed at checkout.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery is handled by independent third-party providers and is subject to their terms and conditions.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the order date.
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination:
- Italy: typically 1–3 business days
- European Union: typically 3–7 business days
- International destinations (where available): delivery times vary by location and service level
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Package size and weight
- Selected shipping method
All applicable shipping charges are clearly shown before order completion.
Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside Italy or the European Union:
- Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- Trinacria Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures
Risk of Loss & Responsibility
Responsibility for the order and risk of loss passes to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delays, Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
For damaged items:
- Clear photos of the item and packaging may be required
- Claims must be submitted promptly after delivery
We will assist in opening a claim with the shipping provider where applicable.
Third-Party Fulfilment & Sourcing
In some cases, products may be produced, sourced, or fulfilled by trusted third-party partners. In such cases, production timelines, packaging, and carrier selection may vary.
Trinacria Designs remains your primary point of contact but cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
