Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging, with any tags attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@trinacriadesigns.it.
Returns must be authorised before being sent back.

If your return is approved, you will receive:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that return shipping costs may be charged to the customer, at the discretion of Trinacria Designs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

To help us assist you efficiently, clear photos of the item and packaging are required when reporting any damage or issue.

Please notify us promptly after delivery to ensure we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item (where eligible).
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item separately.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

This right does not apply to custom or personalised items.
